The amount of people I was following on Twitter was starting to get a little out of hand. I decided it was time to unfollow some people but i didnt want to stop following the people that were still following me. I was able to find a site on Google that offers this exact service for free call Huitter. Huitter stops following only those people that are not following you.

Huitter.com is a pretty basic site, but it gets the job done. They have a feature called mutuality which is the one you want to use. You do have to enter your Twitter username and password which does have some risks but this isn’t exaclty banking information so I went ahead and did it. They also say that they don’t keep your login credentials.

When you enter your Twitter login and password and click “Go!” depending upon how many friends it has to remove it may take a while. I removed about 200 and it took about 2.5 minutes. To date they say they have unfollowed 2311353 followings. Thats alot! The only downside I could think of is that you can’t specify people to follow even if they aren’t following you. They should add that feature for sure.

I found a site that offers bloggers free traffic. It’s pretty easy all it takes is a little time.

IncomeSpace.com is the only social network dedicated to bloggers, entrepreneurs and internet marketers and they just launched its Beta version in March 2009.

IncomeSpace was developed by its founders based upon their own personal desires to have one place to meet other professionals with interests similar to their own. Just like many other social networks, IncomeSpace offers many ways to connect with other users.

The best part of IncomeSpace is what sets it apart from the rest, the ability to promote yourself or your website to the masses. But that’s not all, only on IncomeSpace can you get FREE advertising. This may sound too good to be true but IncomeSpace offers you free adveriting by simply interacting with the site. You earn points for almost every action you do on IncomeSpace, such as joining, uploading photos, making comments, writing blog posts, inviting friends and much more. You can then earn those points for free advertising!

Go check out IncomeSpace today. Just like all popular sites come grab your name before someone else does!

On the top right of my site where it says Enter to Win an iPhone! just enter your email address and confirm it. That last winner was ecstatic when they won, you can be too! If you are already subscribed.. no worries you are already entered. Good Luck!

You start with $2000 in chips, I’ve currently got $35,315.00 in chips. You’d think thats alot but some of my friends have over $30 million in chips. They must be playing day and night or they must be alot better than me. You can also buy chips, you can get $750,000.00 in chips for $100. I highly doubt my friends bought their chips. I wonder how many people actually buy chips. I used to play poker online for money but that was before it became practically impossible to deposit online. Just recently I found out I had some chips sitting in an online casino so I cashed them out. I had over $800 worth so glad I remembered I had them!

Firstly I want to thank everyone who subscribed to my blog, I hope you have enjoyed it so far. Make sure not to unsubscribe because I will be holding more contests for you in the near future, you still have more chances to WIN!

To make this as credible as possible, I used a random number picking website and recorded it picking the winning number for me. I picked 10 times in case I couldn’t contact the winner for some reason.

The WINNING NUMBER IS #201!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be contacting this winner via email, if I cannot get ahold of them I will then go to the next picks which are 108, 54, 192, 98, 154, 160, 59, 77, 125

I’ve been reviewing resumes for a few positions we have been trying to fill, so here are so tips on how to screen a resume or some hints as to what an employer might be looking for.

Firstly, I make sure my job posting is accurate and detailed. I always make sure my job posting contains the company background, job description, qualifications required, experience required and salary. If you want to receive quantity resumes make these the minimum you would consider, for quality make the requirements more strict. I always request a cover letter and if necessary work samples, such as code or design samples.

That’s the basics of my job postings. I only allow candidates to send their resume via email so I can review and categorize them easier. So let’s screen them….

- Read the cover letter. Do they briefly describe why they are qualified and point out their strong points? Anyone with a bad cover letter I will quickly pass.

- However ff they have no cover letter, I don’t hold it against them to much

- Format of their resume - I don’t care what it looks like as long as it makes sense, I prefer the traditional method.

- “Objective:” Did they update it? and did they list the correct position? If not they’re probably too careless.

- RED ALERT - Look to see their employment history, I will quickly trash a resume having too many jobs that were for a short period of time. If they haven’t worked more than 18 months at any job, you don’t want them. It’s very important not to hire people that don’t last long at employers. 9 out of 10 times they will just waste your time and money. Only exception would be for entry level positions.

-RED ALERT- No dates on employment history. Go ahead and trash it.

- RED ALERT - Gaps in employment. Who doesn’t have a job for a extended period of time? Unless they were in school or military service.

- RED ALERT - Too much relocating.

- Check their experience related to the position

- Check their qualifications

- Check their education and certification

That’s the basics. As much as you want to sway from these, you’ll most likely have wasted your time in the next few months of hiring them.

Finally I then put the resumes in a email folder of NO, MAYBE and INTERVIEW. Good luck leave me any comments on suggestions you may have.
