Job Description:
This is your chance to step into a great company and profit from your experience as an Executive Assistant. In this position you will support the CEO, act as a liaison to the Management team and “ambassador” for the company. You must be able to work very closely with high-level management and clients. You should have stellar communication and software skills, be personable, reliable and the epitome of diplomacy and professionalism. You should be very familiar with web technologies and interactive websites. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety, takes an active interest in the success of the company and acts as a “right arm” to the CEO.
Responsibilities
*Providing executive and administrative support to the CEO
*Acting as liaison and point of contact for Management Team
*Managing detailed calendars, meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
*Answering incoming calls and handling as appropriate
*Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings
*Creating expense reports, generating letters and processing documents
*Handling special projects and additional administrative duties as needed
Job Requirements:
*At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-level executive
*Excellent MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
*Honed communication and interpersonal skills; team player
*Ability to work closely with high-level executives and clients
*High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
*Extremely organized: able to prioritize work, multi-task and work independently
